Data and consent

Customers are responsible for the legality, accuracy, permissions, retention, and communication rights attached to any data submitted to AgentFlow.
Responsible automation
Acceptable use
AgentFlow may not be used for spam, fraud, harassment, unlawful surveillance, discriminatory profiling, data abuse, or prohibited automated decision-making.
Human review
AI outputs
AI-assisted lead qualification and recommendations should be reviewed by humans before high-impact sales, legal, employment, financial, or customer decisions.
Vendor dependencies
Subprocessors
The service may rely on Supabase, Vercel, OpenAI, PayPal, and HubSpot when configured. Customers should confirm vendor terms, regions, and data processing requirements for production use.
No certification claim
Compliance readiness
Security-first, GDPR-aware, DPA-ready, and SOC 2 readiness language describes implementation posture and planning. It does not claim certification, legal compliance guarantees, or completed audits.
PayPal and manual payment
Billing
New software acquisitions are offered for €6,000 one-time, subject to a written agreement and the accepted Escrow.com transaction terms. Fees, delivered assets, licensing rights, inspection, acceptance, and support must be agreed before payment. Legacy PayPal subscriptions remain governed by their existing terms and the Refund Policy.
Case-by-case review
Cancellations and refunds
