Service use

AgentFlow Enterprise may be used for lawful business automation, lead capture, lead qualification, CRM workflow preparation, reporting, and implementation planning.

Some metrics, integrations, and workflow screens depend on configured production data, credentials, and customer-specific systems before they can be treated as customer-specific operational records.

Data and consent

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the legality, accuracy, permissions, retention, and communication rights attached to any data submitted to AgentFlow.

Responsible automation

Acceptable use

AgentFlow may not be used for spam, fraud, harassment, unlawful surveillance, discriminatory profiling, data abuse, or prohibited automated decision-making.

Human review

AI outputs

AI-assisted lead qualification and recommendations should be reviewed by humans before high-impact sales, legal, employment, financial, or customer decisions.

Vendor dependencies

Subprocessors

The service may rely on Supabase, Vercel, OpenAI, Stripe, and HubSpot when configured. Customers should confirm vendor terms, regions, and data processing requirements for production use.

No certification claim

Compliance readiness

Security-first, GDPR-aware, DPA-ready, and SOC 2 readiness language describes implementation posture and planning. It does not claim certification, legal compliance guarantees, or completed audits.

Stripe checkout

Billing

Paid subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and payment handling may be managed through Stripe or other approved payment providers configured for the deployment.
