Important notice
Some metrics, integrations, and workflow screens depend on configured production data, credentials, and customer-specific systems before they can be treated as customer-specific operational records.
Data and consent
Customers are responsible for the legality, accuracy, permissions, retention, and communication rights attached to any data submitted to AgentFlow.
Responsible automation
AgentFlow may not be used for spam, fraud, harassment, unlawful surveillance, discriminatory profiling, data abuse, or prohibited automated decision-making.
Human review
AI-assisted lead qualification and recommendations should be reviewed by humans before high-impact sales, legal, employment, financial, or customer decisions.
Vendor dependencies
The service may rely on Supabase, Vercel, OpenAI, PayPal, and HubSpot when configured. Customers should confirm vendor terms, regions, and data processing requirements for production use.
No certification claim
Security-first, GDPR-aware, DPA-ready, and SOC 2 readiness language describes implementation posture and planning. It does not claim certification, legal compliance guarantees, or completed audits.
PayPal and manual payment
Payments may be handled through PayPal, manual invoice, bank transfer, or Paddle if enabled later. Service activation and recurring access terms are confirmed separately, and enterprise purchases are handled by invoice after audit. Cancellations and refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable mandatory law.
Case-by-case review
