Account and service data

Data we collect

We may process account identifiers, authentication metadata, lead and workflow information submitted to the service, support messages, invoice request details, and operational logs needed to provide and protect the platform.

PayPal and manual invoices

Payment data

PayPal handles automated payment approval. We may store payment references and status, but not raw card or PayPal account credentials. Manual invoice requests may include plan, name, email, optional company and country, preferred currency, and an optional message.

Data minimization

AI processing

AI-assisted qualification should use only the information required for the workflow. Customers should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal information and should review AI output before business use.

Subprocessors

Service providers

Depending on configuration, service providers may include Supabase, Vercel, PayPal, OpenAI, Sentry, Amplitude, AWS SES, HubSpot, Google, Slack, and other optional integrations listed on the Subprocessors page.

Operational controls

Retention and security

We retain information only as needed for service delivery, security, legal obligations, and legitimate business operations. Server-side secrets and private payment instructions are not intentionally exposed in public pages or browser bundles.
