Use sanitized logs and provider dashboards. Never paste secrets, private banking details, or customer payment records into tickets.
Payment failures
| Symptom | Check |
|---|---|
| PayPal unavailable | Confirm enable flags, client credentials, environment, and network access. |
| Capture failed | Confirm the order belongs to the signed-in user and was approved before capture. |
| Webhook rejected | Confirm webhook ID and transmission headers against the matching PayPal environment. |
| Invoice request unavailable | Confirm Supabase service-role configuration and the migration. |
